Naksh Precious Metals Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Naksh Precious Metals Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons, including their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 01* January, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31‘ December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for this period is yet to be communicated.
