Naksh Precious Metals Ltd, formerly known as Vaksons Automobiles Limited, has informed the BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on February 14, 2026. The meeting will discuss and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and will open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
