Valecha Engineering Appoints New Auditors and Director

Valecha Engineering Ltd announced key appointments following a Board Meeting on August 13, 2026. Ms. Sheuli Sandeep Mujharjee was appointed as a Non-Executive & Independent Director. M/s. Jain Jagawat Kamdar & Co. were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s. PAMSP & Associate Chartered Accountant were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s. Rohit Periwal and Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. The company also approved standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
