Valecha Engineering Appoints New Director, Approves Financials

Valecha Engineering Ltd announced a change in management with the appointment of Ms. Sheuli Sandeep Mujharjee as Non-Executive & Independent Director, effective August 13, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has reappointed M/s. Jain Jagawat Kamdar & Co as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. PAMSP & Associate as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. Rohit Periwal and Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
