Valencia Nutrition Approves NOC for Trademark Use in New Entities

Valencia Nutrition Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the use of its registered word trademark 'Valencia' by proposed entities currently in the incorporation pipeline. The NOC is granted for corporate name reservation purposes and does not involve any royalty fees. This transaction is considered a Related Party Transaction (RPT) due to the potential future interest of the Promoters/Promoter Group in the new entities. Valencia Nutrition retains full ownership of the trademark.
