Valiant Communications Allots 2.5 Lakh Equity Shares

Valiant Communications Ltd. has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, following the conversion of an equivalent number of warrants. These warrants, issued on November 27, 2025, at ₹768 each via preferential allotment, were converted based on requests from allottees including Rajiv Khanna, Prajesh Maroo, Niveshaay Hedgehogs Fund, and Niveshaay Sambhav Fund. Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹11,69,20,900, divided into 1,16,92,090 equity shares. 3,50,000 convertible warrants remain outstanding.
