Valiant Communications Ltd has been awarded a contract worth INR 738 Lacs (inclusive of taxes) by System Integrators Private Limited for the supply and commissioning of communication equipment. The contract is set to be completed by 31-03-2027. According to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, the broad consideration or size of the order is reported on a gross basis, i.e., inclusive of applicable indirect taxes. There are no related party transactions involved in this contract and the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
