Valiant Labs Invests ₹70 Lakh in Renewable Energy Firm

Valiant Laboratories Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of shares in AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve A Private Limited for an aggregate consideration not exceeding ₹70,00,000. This investment is aimed at availing renewable energy under a group captive open access arrangement for its Tarapur plant. AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources Twelve A Private Limited is involved in solar power generation, with a net worth of ₹9.99 Crore and a turnover of ₹23.26 Crore as of March 31, 2026. The acquisition, which does not involve related parties, is expected to be completed within 12 months and will not alter the control or management of the target entity.
