Valiant Labs Re-appoints MD, Independent Director; Approves Office Shift

Valiant Laboratories Ltd announced key board decisions including the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Vora as Managing Director for five years from February 06, 2027, and Mrs. Sonal Vira as Independent Director for a second five-year term from February 16, 2027. The board also approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Vora as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from November 05, 2027. Additionally, the company plans to shift its registered office and open a new corporate office. An investment of up to ₹60 Crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited, was also approved.
