Valley Magnesite Company Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations Compliance

Valley Magnesite Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all board members, officers, designated employees, and their dependent family members, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and amendments thereafter. The closure will begin on 1st April 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the year ending on 31st March 2026. The board meeting date for considering the financial results will be informed in due course.
