Valplast Technologies Alters Memorandum of Association Objects

Valplast Technologies Ltd has officially announced the alteration of its Memorandum of Association (MoA) following member approval at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 15, 2026. The alteration involves inserting a new sub-clause 9 under the Main Object clause (Clause III A). This new sub-clause significantly expands the company's business scope to include a wide array of activities related to concept development, design, engineering, procurement, manufacture, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and project management across various sectors such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), power, telecommunication, infrastructure, industrial, environmental, oil & gas, mining, energy, and building sectors. The company will submit the amended MoA to the Registrar of Companies in due course.
