Valplast Technologies Board Approves AGM Notice, New CS Appointment

Valplast Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 3, 2026, approved the notice for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 31, 2026. The board also appointed Ms. Shivangi Dixit as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 3, 2026. Additionally, the proposal to alter the Memorandum of Association to expand business activities into infrastructure, engineering, construction, and allied sectors was approved, subject to member and statutory approvals. M/s Surendra Barnwal & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27.
