Valson Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the consideration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31* March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1** April, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results. The date of the Board meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately. Designated persons, Directors, promoters, employees, and other related parties are prohibited from dealing or trading in the securities of the company during the closed trading window period.
