Value Industries: 65th CoC meeting scheduled for Sep 23, 2026

Value Industries Ltd has announced the upcoming 65th meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC). This meeting, which includes Value Industries Limited and 12 other Videocon group companies undergoing a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process, is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the meeting will be held in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
