Vama Industries Ltd Promoters Release Pledge on Equity Shares

Vama Industries Ltd promoters, Atchyuta Rama Raju Vegesna and Parvathi Vegesna, have released a pledge on equity shares held in their names. The release of the pledge was made pursuant to Regulation 31(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares were originally encumbered towards security for availing credit facilities from SBI, and have now been released following the repayment of the dues and satisfaction of the charge. This disclosure was made to the stock exchanges and to the Target Company, Vama Industries Limited, on December 06, 2025.
