Vamshi Rubber Ltd announced the outcome of its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. The members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Reddy Mereddy as Chairman and Whole-Time Director for a further period of three years, effective July 31, 2026. Mr. Mereddy, with a B.Tech and Master of Science (USA) degree, has been associated with the company since 1993 and possesses extensive experience in the tyre retreading business. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a directorial office.
