Vandan Foods Limited has announced changes in its Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Jitendra Rameshbhai Patel has relinquished his positions as Managing Director and Executive Director due to pre-occupation and other professional commitments. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director and has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rakeshkumar Rameshbhai Patel has been appointed as the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel for a term of five years, subject to shareholders' approval. He has also relinquished his position as the Chairman of the Board.
