Vans Electroengineerings Appoints Internal & Secretarial Auditors for FY27

Vans Electroengineerings Limited announced the appointment of M/s Prakhar Vivan & Company as Internal Auditors and M/s MMA & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. These appointments were recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The company also approved a loan of up to ₹310,00,00,000/- (₹310 Crore) to its subsidiary, Infowin Electric Private Limited, and an investment of up to ₹35,00,00,000/- (₹35 Crore) to increase its shareholding in Infowin from 67% to 80%. The Board also approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, and the draft notice for the 4th Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for December 4, 2026.
