Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited. The trading window will remain closed for Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
