Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd announced at its Board Meeting on July 18, 2026, the approval to form a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to expand its educational business. The Board also accepted the resignation of Ms. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia as Managing Director, effective July 20, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia was appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term and as Chairperson of the Board, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
