Vantage Knowledge Academy MD Resigns, Successor Appointed

Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd announced that Ms. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia has resigned as Managing Director, effective July 20, 2026. The Board of Directors accepted her resignation and appointed Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia, currently Executive Director, as the new Managing Director for a term of five years, also effective July 20, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia will assume the role of Chairperson of the Board. The company also approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to expand its educational business. Additionally, a proposal to offer discounted coupons to shareholders for educational courses was approved.
