Vardhan Capital & Finance Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 30, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss the appointment of M/s A. M. Mandavkar & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027 and the appointment of Mr. Dilip Vardhan as an Additional Non-Executive Director.
