Vardhman Concrete Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the sale, transfer, and conveyance of the company's land located in Raigad, Thane, for a consideration of not less than ₹12,82,40,000 (₹12.82 Crore). Mr. Rajesh Vardhan has been authorized to finalize the terms, identify a purchaser, and execute all necessary documents for the transaction. Additionally, the Board approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
