Vardhman Polytex Allots 37.5 Lakh Shares on Warrant Conversion

Vardhman Polytex Ltd announced the allotment of 37,50,000 equity shares following the conversion of warrants. These shares were issued at a price of Rs. 12.55 per share, including a premium of Rs. 11.55. The conversion resulted from the exercise of rights by the allottee, Oswal Holding Private Limited, a promoter group entity. The company received Rs. 3,52,96,875/- as 75% of the issue price per warrant for this conversion. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 50,84,19,004/-, comprising 50,84,19,004 equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares.
