Vardhman Special Steels Invests ₹2.64 Cr More in Sone Solar

Vardhman Special Steels Ltd has announced a further investment of ₹2,64,38,000 in Sone Solar Private Limited. This investment is towards the balance payment of the third and final tranche, comprising 26,43,800 0.5% Compulsory Convertible Debentures of face value ₹10 each. This follows an earlier investment of ₹1,13,54,250 made on October 30, 2025. The aggregate investment in Sone Solar now stands at ₹15,10,00,000. Vardhman Special Steels' shareholding in Sone Solar Private Limited's equity share capital remains unchanged at 26%.
