Vardhman Textiles Amends Share Subscription Agreement

Vardhman Textiles Limited has amended its Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Renew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited and Renew Green (MPR Four) Private Limited for a 19 MW AC Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant project in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The amendment, approved by the Committee of Directors (Renewable Energy) on May 29, 2026, changes the ‘User Shareholder Subscription Amount’ to ₹24.46 crore and the ‘Promoter Subscription Amount’ to ₹53.41 crore, while keeping all other terms the same. The power generated will be supplied exclusively to Vardhman Textiles under Captive Rules.
