Vardhman Textiles Appoints Suchita Jain as Vice-Chairperson & MD

Vardhman Textiles Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Suchita Jain as Vice-Chairperson & Managing Director and Mr. Neeraj Jain as Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026, for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval. Mrs. Suchita Jain, previously Vice-Chairperson & Joint Managing Director, brings 33 years of textile industry experience. Mr. Neeraj Jain, formerly Joint Managing Director, has over 35 years of experience in finance and the yarn business. The appointments were made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 7, 2026.
