Paul Oswal & Others Acquire Shares of Vardhman Textiles Ltd Worth 62.32% of Total Voting Capital

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Paul Oswal, Shakun Oswal, Sachit Jain, Suchita Jain, Soumya Jain, Sagrika Vir, Eastern Trading Company, Amber Syndicate, Northern Trading Company, Paras Syndicate, Devakar Investment and Trading Company Private Limited, Flamingo Finance and Investment Company Limited, Santon Finance and Investment Company Limited, Ramaniya Finance and Investment Company Limited, VTL Investments Ltd, Mahavir Spinning Mills Private Limited, Vardhman Holdings Limited, Adishwar Enterprises LLP, SP Oswal Trust, Mrs. Shakun Oswal Trust, have acquired shares of Vardhman Textiles Ltd. The acquisition includes 1,50,000 shares carrying voting rights from VTL Investments Limited, and warrants/convertible securities/any other instrument that entitles the acquirer to receive shares carrying voting rights in the TC. The total holding after the acquisition is 62.32% of the total voting capital.
