Variman Global Enterprises Limited (Scrip code: 540570) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
