Varroc Engineering Promoter's Spouse Acquires 5,000 Shares by Gift

Rochana Tarang Jain, spouse of Varroc Engineering's Promoter and CMD Tarang Jain, will acquire 5,000 equity shares through a gift. This transaction is an off-market inter-se transfer between a promoter and their immediate relative, exempting it from open offer requirements under SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The acquisition is part of a private family arrangement. Post-acquisition, Rochana Tarang Jain's shareholding will be 5,000 shares (0.00% voting rights), while Tarang Jain's will reduce to 6,07,24,800 shares (39.75% voting rights). The acquisition is expected to occur on or after June 29, 2026.
