Varroc Engineering Ltd. reported strong financial results for Q1 FY27, with consolidated revenue from operations reaching ₹26,342 million, a significant 29.9% year-over-year growth. This marks the highest ever quarterly revenue post-divestment. Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items and JV stood at ₹1,132 million, an increase of 38% YoY. The company experienced robust growth across all automotive segments in India and a notable 45.6% YoY growth in its overseas business.
