Varroc Subsidiary Initiates ₹490 Cr Litigation Against OP Mobility

Varroc Engineering's step-down subsidiary, Varroc Electronics Romania S.R.L. (VeR), has initiated fresh legal proceedings against OP Mobility Lighting Holding and its subsidiaries. The dispute, arising from a Supply Agreement, seeks recovery of approximately EUR 67 million (around ₹490 crore). VeR had previously filed a claim before the Paris Commercial Court and has now commenced new proceedings after initiating procedural steps for withdrawal of a pending appeal. The matters are in the preliminary stages, with notices being served. The financial implications are contingent on the outcome of the ongoing litigation.
