Varun Beverages Acquires 26% Stake in Jager Renewables Two for Rs. 26,000

Varun Beverages Ltd has acquired 26% of the Equity Share Capital of Jager Renewables Two Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle engaged in generating and supplying solar power to consumers in the state of Rajasthan. This acquisition aims to obtain solar power for captive consumption by investing Rs. 26,000. The detailed disclosure regarding this acquisition has already been submitted as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
