Varun Beverages Acquires Twizza Proprietary Limited for INR 11,398 Million

Varun Beverages Ltd has announced that its subsidiary in South Africa, The Beverage Company Proprietary Limited, has acquired 100% Share Capital of Twizza Proprietary Limited. The acquisition took place at an Enterprise value (post due diligence adjustments) of ZAR 2,053 Million (INR 11,398 Million; 1 ZAR = 5.55 INR), making Twizza a step-down subsidiary of Varun Beverages Ltd.
