Varun Beverages Approves 3rd Interim Dividend of ₹0.50 for FY26

Varun Beverages Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the payment of a third interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for the Financial Year 2026. The dividend will be paid on equity shares with a nominal value of ₹2 each. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement has been fixed as Thursday, November 5, 2026, with the payment commencing on November 7, 2026. The board also reviewed the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, which showed a profit before tax of ₹10,526.16 million for the quarter and ₹41,606.20 million for the nine months.
