Varun Beverages Limited, a key player in the beverage industry, announced its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue of Rs. 70,173.7 mn for Q2 CY2025 and Rs. 125,843.1 mn for H1 2025. The EBITDA for Q2 CY2025 stood at Rs. 19,987.7 mn and for H1 2025 at Rs. 32,627.4 mn. The PAT for Q2 CY2025 was Rs. 13,254.9 mn and for H1 2025 was Rs. 20,568.5 mn. The performance was impacted by abnormally high unseasonal rainfall in India, but the company managed to keep its realizations per case and EBITDA margins intact due to growth in international markets. The company has also commenced commercial production of PepsiCo’s snacks product ‘Cheetos’ in Morocco and acquired 50% equity share capital of Everest Industrial Lanka (Private) Limited in Sri Lanka.
