Varun Mercantile Ltd Reappoints Kirti B. Chaudhari as Manager

Varun Mercantile Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Ms. Kirti B. Chaudhari as the Manager of the Company. Her previous term expired on September 1, 2026. The Board, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved her re-appointment for a further term of 5 years, effective from September 2, 2026, until September 1, 2031. Ms. Chaudhari, a commerce graduate with over 12 years of experience in accounts and indirect taxation, is not debarred from holding such an office. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
