Varyaa Creations Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till Q4 Results in 2026

Varyaa Creations Limited has decided to close the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their Relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for the said Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course. Furthermore, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19,2023, the PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be freezed by the Designated Depository for trading in Equity Shares of the Company during the said trading window closure period.
