Vas Infrastructure Ltd: Corrigendum to Form G published, EOI deadline extended

Vas Infrastructure Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has published a corrigendum to its Form G (Invitation for Expression of Interest). The original Form G was published on September 28, 2026, with a last date for submission of EOI on October 13, 2026. Due to requests from prospective applicants, the Committee of Creditors has extended the timelines. The corrigendum, published on October 14, 2026, extends the last date for submission of Expression of Interest to October 20, 2026. Other key dates, including the issue of provisional and final lists of resolution applicants and the submission of resolution plans, have also been revised.
