Vas Infrastructure Ltd: Resolution Professional Replaced by NCLT Order

Vas Infrastructure Limited announced the replacement of its Resolution Professional, Mr. Ashok Kumar Golechha, with Mr. Bimal Kumar Agarwal. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, approved this change via an order dated August 13, 2026, in response to an application filed by the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The CoC had unanimously approved Mr. Agarwal's appointment in its 26th meeting. The company remains under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
