Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares. This measure is in compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
