Vasundhara Rasayans reconstitutes Audit, NRC, SRC committees

Vasundhara Rasayans Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), and Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). This reconstitution was prompted by the retirement of Shri Pradeep Kumar Jain from these committees. The new compositions, effective May 29, 2026, include Mr. Manish Jain as Chairman for all three committees, along with other independent directors and executive directors for the SRC.
