Vaxfab Allots 1.31M Equity Shares at ₹21.02 via Warrant Conversion

Vaxfab Enterprises Ltd. announced the allotment of 1,318,550 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, at a price of ₹21.02. These shares were issued upon the conversion of warrants on a preferential basis to 11 investors. This corporate action has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹23,51,85,770, comprising 23,518,577 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
