Vaxfab Allots 1.33 Mn Equity Shares at 21.02 via Warrant Conversion

Vaxfab Enterprises Ltd's Board approved the allotment of 1,328,861 fully paid-up equity shares of 10 face value at 21.02 each. These shares were issued upon the conversion of warrants on a preferential basis to investors. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to 22,20,00,270, comprising 22,200,027 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
