Vaxfab Enterprises Allots 8.26 Lakh Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Vaxfab Enterprises Ltd announced the allotment of 8,26,761 equity shares following the conversion of warrants. The shares were issued at a price of ₹21.02 each, fully paid up, on a preferential basis to nine investors. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹25,82,64,060, comprising 2,58,26,406 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
