Chrome Silicon Board Reconstitutes Committee for Manufacturing Recommencement

The Board of Directors of Chrome Silicon Ltd. convened a meeting on April 24, 2026, where they reviewed the company's affairs. Following the resignation of Mr. Hirak Kumar Basu, the Board reconstituted a Committee of Directors. This committee, comprising Mr. I.N. Rao (Independent Director), Mr. P.
