Shrydus Industries Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Shrydus Industries Ltd, formerly known as VCK Capital Market Services Limited, has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is made to ensure compliance with insider trading regulations and to maintain transparency in trading activities.
