VCU Data Management Shifts Registered Office

VCU Data Management Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the shifting of its registered office. The move is from Malad (West), Mumbai to Vashi, Navi Mumbai, both within Maharashtra. This relocation is outside the local limits of the same city but within the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies. The company will seek shareholder approval via a Special Resolution and complete necessary filings as per the Companies Act, 2013.
