Vedant Fashions Appoints Neetu Kashiramka as Independent Director

Vedant Fashions Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Neetu Kashiramka as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on September 2, 2026, is effective for five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Ms. Kashiramka meets all independence criteria and is not disqualified from holding the directorship. The company also appointed Mr. Nihir Parikh as an Independent Director and noted the completion of Mr. Tarun Puri's tenure. Consequently, both new directors will join the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
