Veefin Solutions Faces Insolvency Plea for ₹1.27 Cr Claim

Epikindifi claims to be an operational creditor seeking ₹1,27,26,543, comprising alleged invoices and interest. Veefin Solutions strongly disputes the claim, deeming the petition unsubstantiated and not maintainable. The company has issued a notice of dispute and believes the filing is an afterthought related to ongoing arbitration proceedings concerning Epikindifi. Veefin Solutions intends to contest the petition vigorously to protect stakeholder interests and will provide further material updates.
